Not sure which entity has jurisdiction of a Right-of-Way?
Aerial Attachments? Underground bores and trenches? Crossing a Railroad? Attaching to a bridge? Wetland Delineations? Stormwater Certification?
Whether the Township, City, County, DOT or multiple municipalities have jurisdiction of a right-of-way, we at ROWGrid are able to take the guess work out of permitting applications and are able to submit to all appropriate entities along with the necessary documents as needed for an approved permit.
Some municipalities require a bond from the facility owner or the contractor performing the construction. We work to ensure that all documents are completed or acquired from our clients as each permitting entity deems necessary for an APPROVED right-of-way permit.
Stormwater reports may also be required by some jurisdictions should the proposed route be located in a wetland or other environmental characteristics.
ROWGrid will be there to assist every step of the way for an APPROVED right-of-way permit.
