Underground Builds

- Involves a permit for the installation, removal or maintenance of temporary or permanent pipelines, conduits, wiring or other underground structures. Many times this is done using a boring machine. The permit involves installations that either cross or run longitudinally within the road right of way. Applications must be submitted to all permitting entities such as Municipalities, and DOT. Each application must include a detailed designs of the proposed right-of-way work.

Our Solution

We identfy the Right-of-Way along your route, develop comprehensive drawings, and submit the design and permit applications for construction approval.

Existing Conduit & Lashing

- Involves a permit to occupy or perform work in the right-of-way or application to over lash an existing aerial build. Some permitting entities such as DOTs require a permit to occupy when performing aerial over lashing.

Our Solution

We identify necessary permits for right-of-way projects, create site plans, and manage all permitting processes. This includes submitting overlashing and occupancy applications, both requiring a detailed design and right-of-way application for each authority.
