right-of-way permitting
Aerial Builds
- Involves an agreement the pole owner allowing you to attach to the owner's pole. Designs showing proposed attachment heights are required. Some owners require Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) reports along with the proposed design.

Underground Builds
- Involves a permit for the installation, removal or maintenance of temporary or permanent pipelines, conduits, wiring or other underground structures. Many times this is done using a boring machine. The permit involves installations that either cross or run longitudinally within the road right of way. Applications must be submitted to all permitting entities such as Municipalities, and DOT. Each application must include a detailed designs of the proposed right-of-way work.
Existing Conduit & Lashing
- Involves a permit to occupy or perform work in the right-of-way or application to over lash an existing aerial build. Some permitting entities such as DOTs require a permit to occupy when performing aerial over lashing.
